I was able to get a quote immediately over the phone, pricing was upfront, and communication was above and beyond. On the day of service the techs were on time, courteous, and professional. The experience was very good the 2 men were pleasant and professional they also explained as they went along. Only issue I have noticed is since the drilled into the ducts there is a lot more noise from expansion and contraction.

I used Clean Extreme for air duct cleaning. The technicians showed up on time and were very professional. They were extremely efficient - getting the job done in 1 1/2 hours. They explained the process and answered all my questions. I'm very happy with their work. Austin B. and AJ did a fantastic job cleaning out our ventilation system and floor vents. They were "extremely" 😏 thorough and even showed me before and after photos of the vents and return air duct. They even spray a disinfectant after the cleaning which eliminates bacteria, mold spores, and viruses. Gregory Johnson & his partner (sorry we are terrible with names) were amazing before they even entered our home to clean the vents. Which also turned out great. Wind had blown our 2 decorative trees over on our front porch spilling the rocks from the pot & we noticed they had put them back & cleaned up the rocks before we even opened our door. That’s the type of unexpected service that keeps customers forever but goes unnoticed to their boss. So, we hope the owners/management reads this so they know these guys are quality individuals! We called them to clean our dryer vent after living in our home for 3 years for preventive maintenance. Tim was very friendly and informative. He showed us how we could use our dryer’s diagnostic feature to determine if the vent was clogged and needed to be cleaned. We greatly appreciated his honesty in informing us that the vent did not need to be cleaned. We were just charged a small travel fee. Great peace of mind to know a company that is honest, reputable and cares about their customers. We plan to use them in the future for dryer vents, in addition to their others services like HVAC vent and carpet cleaning.

I have lived in this house for 8 years and hadn’t had the ducts cleaned. I have 2 dogs and also had the floor replaced, so I knew they definitely needed it. Austin and his colleague (so sorry I can’t remember his name!) were amazing! Friendly, professional and they were in and out in under 45 minutes. My great nephew was taking a nap and he slept through it all! You know they are good when a one year old can sleep through the entire process! I called to get a quote. The operator was very professional and gave me a quote over the phone and that is exactly what I paid. The two gentlemen that showed up had communicated two days before and two hours before the appointment time all around communication was fantastic. These guys were completely professional. Went over everything they would be doing before they started. They were respectful of all things in my home. I had duct work cleaned. They took pictures before and after and they were done in about 2.0 hours.Explained their work is guaranteed and if something didn’t seem right to call them and they would make it right. Reece and A.J. were terrific! Extremely professional from start to finish. Originally, I had some reservations about the hassle of needing to move furniture to get to the vents. Reece and A.J. took care of that and were careful to replace it back exactly how I had it. Very respectful of my home by wearing shoe covers and placing corner guards on the baseboards so the hoses didn’t damage the walls. It was a clean process due to the machines being located on their truck and not in the house..I would highly recommend Clean Extreme !
